at ILADS 2016 in Philadelphia was inspiring and confirmed the need for

Two years ago at the ILADS conference in Washington D.C.,
a young doctor stopped at our exhibitors booth and
“ You do know this is a made up disease,
don’t you?” He refused to listen to any information or read any of the research papers we offered him. He returned to our booth this year and admitted that he had been wrong.
He had read the research and had examined the skin of his Lyme patients exhibiting skin lesions at 100 X magnification.
He is now acknowledging and diagnosing Morgellons and has several Morgellons patients in his practice.
He commended us on our work and he was thrilled to read the most recent research.
These kinds of experiences affirm our dedication to Morgellons disease research and our need for funding so that we can continue research and education efforts.
